The quality system should provide for quality management at all stages of the life cycle of passenger transportation services, starting from the study of passenger flows and forecasting demand for transportation (transportation marketing) and ending with the analysis of services provided according to operational accounting data. In this article, based on the results of studies of various systems, the main criteria for building a quality management system for passenger transport enterprises are proposed, as well as their organizational distribution, the use of which will make it possible to form effective requirements for the quality of passenger transportation.
