This article considered a model of user interaction on mobile platforms in the system of additional education. The study described the functions of the administrator, organization/coach and parent/student roles and the logic of information exchange between them. The capabilities of the mobile platform in the automation of registration, notification, schedule creation and management processes were analyzed. Organizational mechanisms for implementing the platform have been identified based on systematic, comparative, UX/UI and scenario analysis methods. It was also shown that the correct distribution of user roles, systematization of data exchange and centralization of communications affect the quality of management of organizations of additional education. The results of the study prove that such digital solutions reduce the administrative burden, increase the availability of information and facilitate communication between users. The results obtained can be used as a practical basis in the design, implementation of mobile platforms and their effective use in the practice of organizational management. At the same time, the proposed model contributes to increasing the transparency of additional educational services and simplifying the decision-making process of parents.
