Abstract

Ceramic materials have been widely used in various industrial applications due to their unique properties such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Despite the many advantages of ceramic materials, there are still difficulties in their widespread use for industrial applications. High production cost, limited availability of raw materials, difficulties in processing and shaping ceramic materials are among the main problems. This systematic review aims to analyze trends in ceramic materials and their viability in industrial applications. To conduct research, a thorough search of academic databases, scientific articles and industry reports was carried out. The results showed a growing interest in the development of advanced ceramic materials with improved properties such as strength and thermal stability. Researchers are exploring new manufacturing methods, such as additive manufacturing and sintering processes, to overcome the challenges associated with traditional ceramic processing methods. Based on the results of this systematic review, further research is proposed to investigate the potential applications of ceramic materials in emerging industries such as renewable energy sources, biotechnology and the defense industry. Industry stakeholders should invest in the industry to develop cost-effective and sustainable ceramic materials for industrial use. Cooperation between researchers, manufacturers and end users is essential to encourage innovation and promote the introduction of ceramic materials in industrial applications.
