Abstract

The purpose of the study is to intensify oil production and develop a method to increase the oil displacement coefficient from reservoirs of various water saturation using supercritical fluid systems.

The urgent global need for liquid fuels encourages humanity to actively use and process heavy and superheavy oil, produce special chemicals and recycle waste from the oil industry. However, the existing traditional technologies for processing such types of raw materials do not provide economic efficiency and are often accompanied by significant harm to the environment.

In this regard, technologies based on supercritical fluids (GFR) are considered as a promising and breakthrough direction in the field of oil production and refining. GFR is a special state of matter in which the boundary between liquid and gas disappears, and the substance acquires unique physico-chemical properties.

Due to their characteristics, supercritical fluids are widely used in various industries: in the production and processing of polymers, in the food and pharmaceutical industries, medicine, in the production of biodiesel, the processing of biomaterials, the purification of materials and the regeneration of sorbents.

It is expected that the application of this method will lead to an increase in the coefficient of oil recovery from extra-viscous oil deposits.
