The organization of construction production plays a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of construction projects. Effective planning contributes to increased labor productivity and reduced building construction time. The article examines the main stages of the construction process, including preparatory work, structural erection, and equipment installation. Special attention is given to the flow method of work organization, which optimizes resources and improves coordination on the construction site. The use of schedule planning enables efficient management of the construction process, ensuring the timely completion of work.
