Currently, the development of measures aimed at improving the corrosion resistance of metals and products made from them is a very urgent task. This is especially important for the chemical and petrochemical industries, in order to increase the operational resources of chemical equipment through timely diagnosis and protection. This scientific article presents the results of studying the effectiveness of multicomponent corrosion inhibitors in the presence of anionic surfactants used in the petrochemical industry and establishes the patterns of the corrosion process. Quantitative performance indicators and thermodynamic parameters of multicomponent phosphate inhibitors have been determined: corrosion rate, depth index, degree of protection, corrosion resistance, Gibbs energy, stability constant. The compositions of corrosive deposits indicating the formation of stable protective films have been investigated by physico-chemical methods. The patterns established in the course of the work expand and complement the existing ideas about the protective effect of compositions based on inorganic phosphate compounds. The results obtained will significantly contribute to the creation of effective, environmentally friendly and economically feasible steel corrosion inhibitors based on Kazakhstani raw materials. The obtained data make a definite contribution to the scientific direction of effective inhibitory protection of metals.
