Taking into account the increase in the volume of work and changes in economic conditions in the field of capital repairs of electrical equipment, especially electric motors for agriculture, the task of cost optimization is urgent. The article proposes a mathematical model that minimizes the cost of capital repairs through effective coordination of labor and material costs. The main parameters affecting the cost of repairs are determined, and a method for calculating the optimal radius for electrical repair enterprises (power lines) is developed. An important element is to take into account the uncertainty of the initial information, which makes it possible to adapt the model to various conditions using the method of V.A. Venikov. The optimal combination of labor and technical costs for major repairs is justified, which helps to reduce overall costs. The proposed solutions make it possible to improve the economic efficiency of repair processes and significantly reduce costs, which is especially important for agriculture, where the effectiveness of repairs directly affects the reduction of production costs. The development of such models is an important step towards improving the performance of electrical repair enterprises and increasing their competitiveness. The implementation of the proposed optimization model will improve the quality of repair services, improve resource management and ensure the sustainable development of repair enterprises in the field of electrical equipment in conditions of instability.
